Welcome to My Lagos Club (“My Lagos Club”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions & Operating Rules (“Terms”) govern your use of the My Lagos Club e-commerce platform available at [www.mylagosclub.com](https://www.mylagosclub.com) (the “Site”), including as a customer, visitor, or vendor.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use this Site.
Vendors must provide accurate business information and necessary documentation for verification.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Users must create an account to access vendor features or make purchases.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information.
4. VENDOR TERMS
Vendors on the platform agree to the following:
4.1. Product Listings
All product listings must be accurate, clear, and not misleading.
Vendors must not list prohibited or counterfeit items.
My Lagos Club reserves the right to remove listings that violate policies.
4.2. Order Fulfillment
Vendors are responsible for processing and shipping orders within stated timelines.
Failure to fulfill orders may result in account suspension or removal.
4.3. Commissions & Fees
My Lagos Club may charge a commission or service fee on each sale. Details are provided in the Vendor Dashboard or Agreement.
Fees are subject to change with notice.
4.4. Returns & Refunds
Vendors must outline their return/refund policies clearly.
Vendors must cooperate with My Lagos Club in resolving disputes.
5. CUSTOMER TERMS
5.1. Purchasing
By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price and applicable fees (including delivery and taxes).
My Lagos Club is not the seller but acts as a platform; each vendor is responsible for their own sales.
5.2. Returns & Disputes
Customers must contact vendors directly for product-related issues.
If a vendor is unresponsive, customers may file a dispute through My Lagos Club’s resolution system.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
My Lagos Club does not store card details.
Payouts to vendors are made after successful transaction verification and deduction of applicable fees.
7. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Delivery timelines are determined by the individual vendor.
My Lagos Club is not responsible for delays caused by the vendor or third-party logistics.
Tracking numbers (if applicable) must be provided by the vendor.
8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users may not:
Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Infringe on the intellectual property of others.
Upload malicious code or disrupt site functionality.
Engage in abusive behavior toward other users or staff.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including logos, graphics, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to My Lagos Club.
Vendors retain ownership of their product content but grant My Lagos Club a license to use, display, and promote listings.
10. PLATFORM MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access for any violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the platform at our sole discretion.
11. DISCLAIMERS
My Lagos Club is a marketplace and not the seller or manufacturer of any listed products.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of vendor listings.
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
My Lagos Club shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to us by the affected party in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
13. PRIVACY POLICY

14. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access or account at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice or liability.
15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
